We want you to be happy with your order from Just Loofah.

Check your order at the door

Payment is cash on delivery, so you pay only when your order arrives. If the parcel is damaged or it is not what you ordered, you can refuse it at the door and you pay nothing.

After delivery

If there is a problem with a product after you receive it, message us on WhatsApp at ⁦+962789904278⁩ within a few days of delivery. We will agree with you on an exchange, a return or a refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived faulty.

Refunds

For cash-on-delivery orders the amount is refunded in cash through the courier or as agreed with you.
